Austenitic stainless steel tubular heat exchanger,often has Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) at cooling water side (shell side). Certainly, this SCC mechanism is apt to be led by “crevice”.This time, we would like to launch KOTOBUKI double seal welded heat exchanger, preventing SCC by shell side “crevice” seal welding. In the limited tube to tube space, keeping necessary heating surface area, our accumulated welding technique enabled us to seal weld from shell side. For maximizing life of your stainless steel tubular heat exchanger, double seal welded heat exchanger is one of KOTOBUKI’s solutions.

DOUBLE CANTED DECANTER Type MTC

Double Canted (W-Canted) Decanter Type MTC is quite a distinguished invention.
It has the following remarkable characteristics:

  • 1.Although the size may be the same, this W-Canted Type has about 2 times the capability of processing the liquid to be treated as that of the conventional decanters.
  • 2.As the dehydration efficiency improves tremendously, even sludges containing solids that are hard to separate, can be converted into a low moisture cake easy for disposal.
  • 3.As the capacity of the Bowl holding, the liquid to be treated is big, the liquid thus treated results to be much clearer. Thus, the transparency of the liquid treated by this machine is quite competitive to that of such liquid treated by the disc type decanter. Moreover, this machine is quite suited to treat liquids discharged containing SS (suspended solids) in high ratio, and the sludge is in the form of a moistureless cake.
  • 4.An unattended continuous operation is possible.
  • 5.Energy saving operation is possible.
